FP ROTOBASIC |
|
This is a bench model having the same
main features as the BASIC model, but
equipped with a manual rotary table with
2 working stations that allows to carry
out the loading/unloading operations of
the trays, while in the second unit the
sealing/cutting operations (and V/G) are
being performed. Therefore the time
needed for a complete working cycle is
reduced notably. The moulds of this
model are wholly compatible with the
ones of the BASIC model. |

FP SPEEDY |
|
This model is conceived for medium
productions and is particularly
versatile, since it is possible to
change the size in approx. 5 minutes.
The mass production and the innovative
building solutions allow ILPRA to offer
an in-line machine at the same cost as a
semi-automatic one. Even the solutions
which are adopted in the sealing/cutting
moulds grant us to halve their cost.

- Automatic tray de-stacking unit
- Several coding systems for the
expiry/production date
- Printed top web system for the
right placement of the printed film
on the tray

- Automatic snap-on lids device

FP SPEEDY 2 |
|
The FOODPACK SPEEDY DUE is an in-line
machine whose structural principles meet
the hygienic and safety requirements of
the standards in force.
Thanks to the materials used for its
manufacturing, the FP SPEEDY DUE machine
is suitable for working in wet and/or
aggressive environments. All the
electric connections have got IP 65
class protection.
The feeding conveyor has got 5 free
steps where it is possible to place
de-nesting systems, fillers and other
options.

right placement of the printed film
on the tray
