FS 2000 |
|
The ILPRA Fill Seal 2000 Pot Filler is a
filling/sealing machine with rotary
table, specifically conceived to meet
the market request for an automatic
machine able to fill and package liquid
and doughy products, at a reasonable
price that even the manufacturer that
has to start with a limited production
can afford.
For this reason the applied solutions
take into consideration the cheapness of
the machine without ignoring ILPRA
traditional quality and reliabilty.
It is a particularly suitable for a
small productions and entirely made of
stainless steel and anodized aluminium.
All the main drive is mechanical, thus
granting an high precision in working
and a remarkable easiness of use and
maintenance.
This model is able to carry out up to
1500 cycles per hour, by packaging
yogurt in 125 cc. containers. Obviously
the output can change according to the
characteristics of the products and the
required filling capacity. The FS 2000
model is available in 2 version: the
standard one can work with pre-cut lids;
the Film version works with film coming
from a reel. In the latter case the
machine can be equipped with a printed
top web system to correctly place the
printed film on the tray. |

FS 4000 |
The FILL SEAL 4000 is a filling/sealing
machine with an 8-station rotary table.
It is completely automatic and able to
achieve an output of 4000 pieces per
hour.
The high versatility of this model
allows to package a wide range of liquid
and doughy products such as yogurt,
cheese, milk, margarine, butter, jam,
honey, sauces, soups, etc., even
containing some solid parts. The machine
can run several kinds of containers
(such as PP, PET, APET, aluminium,
couplet cardboard) and can seal both pre
cut lids and films coming from reel.
Reliability:
the main motions are mechanical, which
grants a quick and precise working cycle
and minimal maintenance operations. The
control panel is friendly use, thus
making the machine easy to run and
reducing the cost of the staff
training.
Hygiene:
the IP 65 protection class and the
industrial design make the cleaning
operations of the machine simple and
fast. Sanitisation systems (laminar
flow cap, treatment of materials, etc. )
and filling systems with CIP facilities
are available on request.
High technology:
volumetric fillers with high dosing
precision, first class components (Festo,
Siemens, etc.) exclusive use of noble
materials (stainless steel and anodized
aluminium).
Customization:
a wide range of options is available to
satisfy the several packaging
requirements of customers, such as:
additional filling systems, snap on lid
systems, DOSATRONIC version with
automatic adjustment of the filler,
mixer to fit inside the hopper, etc.
The all above mentioned features,
besides a great quality/price rate, make
this model as one of the most successful
of ILPRA Fill Seal series. |

FS 20000 |
|
Fill
Seal 20000 is a 10-line machine
able to work 20.000 pieces per hour; in
the best working conditions it can even
achieve an output of 24.000 pieces per
hour.
Conceived to automatically fill and seal
dairy products and adaptable to every
kind of liquid and doughy products, it
is suitable for medium and large outputs
and is completely made of high quality
materials (the filler is made of
stainless steel AISI 316). All the main
functions of the machine, except the
sealing that is pneumatic, are mechanic
, thus granting a high precision in
working and a remarkable easiness in
usage and maintenance. The machine
functions are electronically controlled
by a microprocessor connected to an
industrial PC which allows the machine
to perform all the operations with the
highest precision and a total control.
All
the in-line FILL SEAL models are
available in the following versions:
- BASE:
It is the complete machine
equipped with loading and
ejection units.
- SANITIZED:
It is the BASE version but
equipped with sanitizing
treatment of cups and covers.
The sanitizing process is
performed by means of jests of
steam.
- ASEPTIC:
it is the BASE version equipped
with treatment for cups and lids
performed by hydrogen peroxide.
The whole working surface is
covered by proper protections
that allows to keep the machine
in sterilized air overpressure.
